Seller’s Responsibility (Free Returns/Refunds):
- Quality issues (e.g., damage, defects, missing items).

Refund Process:

- Return reason.
- Photos or video of the item.
Await Approval: If approved, you will receive a return address and further instructions.
Prepare for Return: Securely package the item (ceramic products require reinforced original packaging).
Return Shipping: Arrange local carrier pickup and email the tracking number to our team.
Refund Issuance: Refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection confirms eligibility.

Key Notes:

Ceramic Products: Natural color or texture variations may occur due to high-temperature firing (1300°C+), which are not considered defects.
Packaging: Retain original packaging for returns. Reinforce packaging for safe return shipment.
Unapproved Returns: Returns without prior approval or lacking proof of condition will be rejected.
